Vandring
This trail takes you through stunning pine forests to the enchanting banks of the Siiponjoki River. Along the way, you’ll find a traditional kota hut and two lean-tos, perfect for a break amidst nature. The river meanders through sandy terrain, reshaping its bed as it flows and creating a magical mix of lush groves and open woodlands. Downstream, the river branches out into several distributaries before flowing into the picturesque Rahja archipelago. Truly, this trail offers some of the most breathtaking scenery in Kalajoki, making it a must-visit for nature lovers and hikers alike.
