Vandring

The Clayton Windmills, known locally as Jack and Jill, are fine examples of old windmills that the public can explore on Sundays and holidays during the summer. They comprise a post mill, a tower mill, and the roundhouse of a former post mill. All three are Grade II-listed. For opening times and more information, visit: jillwindmill.org.uk.

When you get there, make sure you complete the small square circuit around the Windmills. Different viewpoints of the windmills. Also don't forget to turn your back to them and look out over the Sussex countryside.

Jack is a private residential home not open to the public & Jill is only open to the public on Saturdays 10:00am to 10:30am
