The Protestant village church in Dülseberg is a medieval, towerless chapel consisting of a fieldstone hall. The church is a branch church of the church in Dähre.
The building consists of irregular fieldstone masonry. The window reveals are made of brick, and on the west side also of fieldstone. The hipped roof was probably built in the Baroque period. The interior is finished with a beamed ceiling. The masonry is dated to the late 15th or early 16th century. A bell from around 1300 has been preserved.
