Vandring
Climate change is very real in Guet N'dar which dates back to the eighteenth century and as home to thousands of fishers who catch 30,000 tonnes annually. Sea level rise and coastal erosion are leading to environmental disaster and many people have been displaced already. Some experts have warned that the warming temperatures mean Saint Louis is threatened with near-total submergence in the not-so-distant future.
