The foundations were in today's Raiffeisenstrasse, probably where we find the rectory today.
According to a map of the 16th century, the church was also the cemetery of the community.
The former church was destroyed in the Thirty Years' War. After its end in 1664 it became
repaired in the course of the new village construction. However, the first damage appeared as early as 1701, so that soon the plan arose to build a new, larger church elsewhere.
