There is a beautiful rest stop with a show vineyard right on the edge of the path, which is ideal for lingering.

Tip: about 2 km away in the Kochersteinsfeld district is the Ehrenfeld farm shop & farm café (Forststraße 10, accessible from the Hofwiesen adventure playground) with a great range of regional food and drinks. Ideally suited to organize picnic meals.

It seems as if the rest stop is private and not allowed to be entered (a sign indicates this). But the view of the surrounding vineyards and the Kochertal is very beautiful.

The stairs of the show vineyard should only be climbed with sturdy shoes. The steps are very narrow and steep. The entire staircase is an adventure.
The views from the individual vineyard routes, as well as the view from the path above the stairs, are a great reward for climbing the stairs.
