The bell palace with a courtyard is square and has three floors. The towers and the surrounding gallery with carvings and ornaments are in the tradition of Russian wooden architecture. The typical golden domes are modeled on a monastery in the old Russian style. Under the roof of the building, the European Artisans Institute with exhibition rooms, the bell foundry and the exhibition and meeting rooms, which are dedicated to the work of the Nobel Peace Prize laureates Albert Schweitzer and Mikhail Gorbachev.

Very nice building 🏘 with high political and cultural concerns. The exhibitions and information are very interesting. Especially the representation of Noah's Ark is great!
