Jaume Giró i Giró is one of the smallest and most historic wineries in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, but it has a long tradition in the production of cava, specifically since 1926. Today it is managed by the third generation of the family, and they continue to maintain their search for the greatest expression of a terroir of exceptional capacity and variation, as well as the protection of the tradition of the wines of that land. It is a cava with its own personality.
