The whole farmhouse and cellars were renovated at the beginning of the 20th century by the modernist architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch, who built the press porch, the large wine cellar and the expedition pavilion, at the same time that he rebuilt the farmhouse, known as Can Codorniu Tower.
