Vandring
From September 15, 2024, stamp station 41 of the hiking treasures of the Wild Homeland will be located at the Karlsquelle.
The Märchengrund is located at the Karlsquelle at the end of an idyllic, almost one kilometer long meadow valley that flows into the wide Espoldetal valley opposite the Hardegsen wildlife park. The Hardegsen local history association has set up carved wooden figures from well-known fairy tales at the Karlsquelle. Hikers can take a break here, enjoy the peace and quiet and listen to the spring babbling.

Vandring
The path doesn't seem to be finished yet. It ends in nowhere. There is also no signposting on the path from above towards the tree-lined avenue and it is difficult to reach.
