Battle Creek originates in Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park in Alberta and flows through a diverse landscape that is perfect for explorers. With a length of 203 kilometers, the river meanders through the countryside while you have the opportunity to observe rare bird species in the surrounding grasslands. Historically, Fort Walsh was built on the banks of Battle Creek. Here, with a little luck, you can see specimens of a diverse fish population, including the famous rainbow trout.
