The ferry terminal of the Königslinie from Sassnitz to Trelleborg, popularly known as the Glass Palace, is unfortunately now just a lost place.

The old ferry port in Sassnitz has been closed since the port in Mukran opened and is no longer in operation.
A tour of the old ferry dock with the old rail connections and bridges is very interesting for those interested in technology. The interior of the building with its departure hall is also worth a look.
