Vandring

The St. Pancratius Tower is the remaining church tower of the former St. Pancratius Church, surrounded by the old cemetery. The tower and the accompanying church were built in the 15th and 16th centuries. A new St. Pancratius Church was built in 1924, after which the old church was demolished in 1926, with the exception of the tower.

Vandring

The St. Pancratius Tower in Hoogeloon is the remnant of the medieval church that originally stood here. Dating back to the 15th century, the tower is separate from the current St. Pancratius Church. Throughout the centuries, the tower has been preserved as a monument and is an important example of medieval architecture in the region. Its brick structure, pointed spire, and simple design are typical of Brabant church towers from that period. The tower reflects Hoogeloon's religious and architectural history and symbolizes the continuity of village life throughout the centuries.
