The Guadalupe Mountain Trail is a steep and rocky singletrack trail that ascends the south peak of Guadalupe Mountain. As you climb you get great views over the desert and to the mountains. As you near the summit, you get increasingly stunning, dramatic views over the Taos Plateau and the deep Rio Grande Gorge. This is a great, relatively short hike, with truly amazing vistas.
