Cykling

The gate tower from around 1350 forms the southern entrance to the city and was the seat of the city tower until the beginning of our century. It has been popularly known as the "cat tower" since the last tower keeper, while pulling up firewood, survived a fall from the penultimate floor onto a large brush pile in the main street like a cat unscathed.

The tortum was built around 1350. The town watchman also lived here until the beginning of the last century. The tower is popularly known as the Katzenturm because the last tower keeper fell from the top of the tower one day and landed in a pile of brushwood - he survived like a cat falling from a great height.
