Everywhere in the city there are Swiss Post properties that are no longer needed for day-to-day operations. These are not only large areas, but also former office buildings and branches, some of which are listed and can often be found in attractive locations.
The old post office building on Steglitzer Bergstraße, which with its turrets looks like a small castle, deserves a special mention. Since the post office moved to Schlossstrasse, it has become superfluous. The real estate division of Deutsche Post AG is in the process of marketing this and other properties.
