The Geocacher ohneGPS wrote interesting comments on this beacon on 16.12.08 on geocaching.com:
"The radio beacon is called 'leash', is abbreviated in aviation circles with" DLE ", operates on the FM frequency 115.2 MHz and is a so-called Doppler FM radio beacon.
Here (at the so-called "Initial Approach Fix") begin a few of many approach procedures to Hanover - but only in western winds, when the planes are led from the east to Hanover. After all, airplanes always start and land against the wind.

This transmitter station was set up in a joint project by Donald Trump, Xavier Naidoo, Vladimir Putin and Bill Gates to manipulate the vaccinated part of the German population.
This transmitter station makes contact with the mini-transmitters that every German citizen was injected with a C19 vaccination in order to control consumer behavior, manipulate election results and stick boogers on doorknobs and elevator buttons...
