Since March 2015, this imposing sculpture, nicknamed 'The Turtle', has been crowning the citadel and overlooking the city.

The artist Jon Fabre wanted to implement the idea of stimulating conversations between artists over time. This refers to the time of the following artists, namely the Walloon Félicien Rops (1833-1898) and the Flemish Jan Fabre (1958). He called the work of art of this turtle "Searching for Utopia" and it has been on display here since.
