Vandring

Beautiful church near the canal, sober exterior, inside a pleasant decoration, statues and altars, an impressive ceiling, welcoming and evocative, worth seeing. The church is located at the end of the port of Leonardo in front of the Maritime Museum. Inside the church there is also a statue of the Madonna that on August 15th is transferred to a boat and carried in procession through the entire port canal until it reaches Cesenatico in the sea for the blessing.

The church has a rectangular plan with a semicircular apse. The interior, with a single nave, is surmounted by a vaulted ceiling with round arches. The two sides are marked by three niches each with altars.
