Vandring
This large city park has playgrounds, ballfields, a picnic pavilion, a 400 meter running track, and a paved walking path.
The path is wide and mostly flat, so pretty much anyone can do it. There are a couple of optional routes that take off from the main trail should you wish to explore some more.
