A haunting memorial to the powerlessness following the devastating flash flood that struck Braunsbach on May 29, 2016. This flood was triggered by heavy rain and caused significant debris avalanches, causing widespread destruction in the town.

In memory of the flood of May 29, 2016, a memorial was erected here based on a private model. "Aunt Inge" looks at the extent of the destruction with a shocked expression.
The memorial was designed in 2020 by the Ilshofen artist Siegfried Luffler.
