After reunification, the building was purchased by a speculator who allowed it to fall into disrepair for 30 years. A developer acquired the completely ruined property at auction in 2020 and completely renovated it for approximately 6 million euros, allowing the occupancy of the 16 condominiums to begin with a grand opening in October 2023. Now, the building complex of the former spa and dance hall, as well as the adjacent building, is once again gleaming white and very elegant.

Vandring
The Kursaal, built in 1889 to replace the wooden pavilion in the palace gardens, was completely destroyed by fire in 1907. One year later, the princely court had a massive new building constructed on the same site for the historic excursion and spa resort.
A magnificent and impressive building.
