Vandring

The station is served by around 120 DB Regio and Länderbahn trains every day.

Since December 9, 2007, the alex (until 2010 Arriva-Länderbahn-Express), which is operated by Länderbahn, has been running every two hours. In addition, the Donau-Isar-Express from Munich to Passau stops every hour and the Regional-Express line Munich-Regensburg-Nuremberg every two hours. In addition, regional trains run every hour between Freising and Landshut, serving all intermediate stops where the Regional-Express trains do not stop.

Vandring

The opening of the station on May 15, 1880, marked the inauguration of the Landshut-Plattling railway line. The Neumarkt-Sankt Veit-Landshut railway line followed on October 4, 1883.

During World War II, the entire station area was destroyed by a bombing raid on March 19, 1945. The building was replaced by a new, purpose-built structure on March 19, 1954.
