Vandring

These giant bushes with thick straight trunks are shaped like candelabra. When they bloom they decorate the landscape with flowers and red fruit . Inside they contain white, sticky, very toxic liquid, called latex. This species, known as cardõn, forms a small habitat, that is unique in the world. They provide ideal refuge for numerous insects and plants.

You're wrong - I thought they were cacti, but they are spurge plants. In any case, these bushes are a very distinctive feature of the landscape here. When you first see one standing alone, you're amazed - one is standing next to the other.
