Usseaux is a small village located in the heart of the Cottian Alps at 1,200 meters above sea level, nestled between two splendid natural areas, the Orsiera-Rocciavrè natural park and the Gran Bosco di Salbertrand natural park.
The village is characterized by numerous historic buildings dating back to the 18th century, many of which have been well restored.
The village was once inhabited by around 2,000 people, today it has just 180.
