Vandring

Built in the 16th century, the parish church of Santa Maria de Banyalbufar is an impressive testimony to the history of Mallorca. It has been rebuilt several times over the centuries and today houses valuable works of art, including a Mare de Déu del Rosal and the altarpiece by Sant Pere de Gaspar Oms from 1584.
A special highlight of the church is the magnificent baroque organ from the 17th century, which originally came from the Dominican monastery in Palma.

In front of the pretty church there is a nice square with several benches... there are always lots of tourists and locals here...

A visit to the church is worthwhile because of the pretty pictures
