Vandring

The former railway line in the Schozach Valley is now a popular cycling and hiking trail. This route follows the former narrow-gauge railway line from Marbach to Heilbronn/South.

Vandring

The cycling/hiking path through the Schozach valley runs on the former narrow-gauge railway line of the Marbach – Heilbronn/South line. As usual, railway lines only have slight inclines or declines, making it easy to cycle/hike. Between the Öttinger Mühle and just before the Schozacher Bahnhof, the path leaves the former route, which in this area used to lead through the current gravel works on the other side of the stream.

The route is - since it was a railway line - very flat and pleasant for hiking, jogging, cycling, etc. Always along the Schozach.
