    The trails are well laid out so that you can see Mounds as you walk or bike around the park, there are campsites within the park, and during the summer there have been small concerts.
    Walking the trails at night can lead to some interesting animal encounters, I've met Deer, Racoons, and even Opossums at times while night hiking the trails (I don't use a flashlight most of the time).
