The panoramic map is part of the "Battle of Emsdorf" hiking trail and, on the one hand, provides an overview of the historical events against today's backdrop and landscape.
The location markings also make it possible to classify the view of the attractive landscape. At this point you can enjoy a panorama from the Knüllgebirge (Knüllköpfchen), the Vogelsberg (Hoherodskopf), the Amöneburg all the way across to the Lahnberge (Marburg). The peaks can be seen with the naked eye when visibility is good. You can rest easily on the associated bench or seating area.
