The exterior has a clean facade interspersed with four buttresses and preceded by a portico with cross vaults decorated with graffiti.
The classical-style portal was created by the Milanese sculptor Damiano Benzoni in 1519 and preserves a sixteenth-century fresco with the Annunciation in the lunette.
On the right side there is a portal with intertwined moldings, made by workers of Tyrolean origin.

The presbytery, delimited by a majestic gate, contains in addition to various other valuable works, the main altar in marble made by Andrea Fantoni in 1720.
The true masterpiece of the Church is the 1500 organ built for the Old Cathedral of Brescia and then transferred to Lovere.
