Mount Willey stands at 4,285 feet and is the southernmost peak in the Willey Range. This summit is perhaps best known for the series of steep wooden stairs to the summit if approaching from the south. From the top you get great views across the notch to the bands of cliffs below the Webster-Jackson Trail and the southern tip of the Presidentials. This is a great peak to do alone or in conjunction with Mount Tom and Mount Field.
