Vandring
The Church of Saint John the Baptist is a well-balanced construction made from local materials: red brick and cut stone from Gobertange. The current single-nave church dates from 1766.
It is preceded by a beautiful square tower topped with two octagonal bell-shaped roofs separated by an openwork gallery. Arched windows illuminate the nave, laid out like a basilica. The single nave has three transoms and is preceded by a three-story tower topped by an onion-domed bell tower, which is said to have served as a model for the church of Perwez.
