Vandring

The national park gate in Heimbach is housed in the historic Heimbach train station building. It not only houses the tourist information center with information material and personal advice, there are also exhibitions about nature in the Eifel National Park. The information area is barrier-free and open every day with the exception of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, as well as New Year's Eve and New Year's. The national park is the starting point for numerous hikes around Heimbach and the surrounding area.
