The small area of Cala s'Agulla in Blanes is the result of erosion caused by the effect of water and wind. The cove owes its name to Punta de s'Agulla, a rock that rises at one end.
It is completely made up of rocks and stones. Thus, it is not a very appropriate space to put the towel and enjoy a sunny day; On the other hand, it is a magnificent space for snorkeling. It is highly recommended to complement the visit to the cove with a walk around the Pinya de Rosa Botanical Garden.

The beach and coast can only be reached via private paths! So-called hiking trails through the area are pure bushes and are not recommended, especially since there are numerous signs indicating that entry is prohibited.
