In the Vallei van het Merkske you walk next to a river that meanders between meadows and forests. This nature reserve is located in the province of Antwerp, in the region of Baarle-Hertog, Hoogstraten and Merksplas. You follow the natural watercourse, and enjoy the sound of the nightingale and the tree frog in the background.

Vandring
Most walkers who come to walk in the area stay in the lanes of the Colonies of Wortel and Merksplas, so that this nature reserve, somewhat incomprehensible, but fortunately enough, is not trampled. Wonderful to walk in because of the combination of the winding watercourse de Mark, the fields and meadows, and the forests.
