The Monastery of São Bento da Vitória (Mosteiro de São Bento da Vitória) is one of Porto's most important religious monuments, boasting a rich history and impressive architecture.
It was built by the Benedictine Congregation at the end of the 16th century, with royal authorization in 1598. Construction began in 1604 and continued until the end of the 17th century.
