Vandring
Yes, the path is really called that. Because the avenue is actually lined with numerous pear trees. Among other species which provide a home for many birds.
To the north you can look across to Nicollschwitz, the Goldene Höhe, Bockelwitz and on the left at the top of the mountain to the old Gasch farm. The Schickelsbach flows down in the valley.
The trail used to be a dirt road but was paved in the 2000s as a major local road. Since then, the fallen fruit can only be enjoyed fresh 😉.
