Through the cobblestone streets you can go for a stroll and enjoy a meal in one of the restaurants or pubs. Incidentally, the whole district is a pedestrian zone. Often, street performers or musicians are out and about at Meetinghouse Square, and the pubs also traditionally play music. If you are looking for the original Irish, you will be rather disappointed, the audience is very international. If you just want to drink a pint of Guinness in a nice environment, you will be fine. Among the pubs include u.a. Fitzsimons, Farringtons, The Temple Bar, Porterhouse or Turk's Head.
