Update 6/23/22: the garden looked pretty overgrown when I visited it today. Only the corner with the roses still looks neat, the lawn is weedy. Where have the little fruit trees gone? Too bad.

The terrain within Garten de l'Aigle is generally flat and easy to navigate, with a modest elevation of around 18 meters. It's considered a very easy and accessible location, suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The paths are well-suited for a relaxed visit rather than strenuous activity.

Where can I park or how can I reach Garten de l'Aigle by public transport?

The Garten de l'Aigle is located on the grounds of the diaconal foundation Anscharhöhe in Hamburg-Eppendorf. Is Garten de l'Aigle family-friendly and can I bring my dog?

Yes, Garten de l'Aigle is considered a family-friendly destination, perfect for a leisurely stroll with children. The most notable natural features are the plant-historically valuable fruit trees, some of which are original to the garden's creation. The central meadow with blossoming cherry trees in late May is a particular highlight. The corner with the roses is also frequently noted for its neat appearance, offering a lovely focal point.

How long does it typically take to explore Garten de l'Aigle?
