As this path climbs towards the Munro, Gleouraich, the views across Loch Quoich open up. On a clear day it looks stunning, with rocky peaks surrounding it, and hardly a man made sound to be heard. Opposite, Gairlich, 919m, shows off its NE face. This Loch is a reservoir, and is a part of one of the first big Hydro-electric schemes in the Highlands.
