The Dresden Barracks (Block H V - No. 18 on the city map), which lies to the north of the Great Fortress, is, alongside the Magdeburg Barracks, the largest barracks in the fortress. It was formerly called the Great Infantry Barracks and a map from the 1920s shows it as the location of Regiment 94.
