According to the website bicitarianos.blogspot.com/2013/03/la-real-acequia-de-moncada.html?m=1
I quote verbatim:
Built between 1837 and 1840 on the Moncada Royal Ditch, it had rice mills at the beginning of the s. XX, ceasing to function in 1974. This flour mill was divided into two in its last times (Testar and La Escalera mill), since the four drainage arches, being the same, indicate that the building was built in one time.
