Vandring

The St. Leonhard Chapel is the oldest building in the town, halfway up the Kapellenberg. It was inaugurated in 1486, the gallery and ceiling stucco date from the 18th century. The body of Christ on the cross on the back wall above the altar is late Baroque. Some votive plaques from the 18th and 19th centuries show that this St. Leonhard shrine was a well-known pilgrimage site. The chapel is open during the day from May to October.
