Vandring
One of the oldest cement facilities in Catalonia. In 1899 the Butsems-Fradera cement and hydraulic lime company settled on this farm. They remained active until 1906. It worked at a temperature of 900º and behind it you can see the quarry that fed its kilns with calcareous rocks, rich in calcium carbonate, which turned into lime when burned.
