This path is very difficult to follow in places, and the part between the cliffs and the beach is a dangerous, almost vertical gully filled with rockfall debris. Only try this route if: a) everyone in your group is very sure-footed; b) everyone has solid footwear; c) nobody is scared of heights; and d) you have someone with you who has done it many times before and knows the way. Otherwise, not recommended even for experienced hikers. Use the much easier and nicer path from Skinos which comes out on the western end of the beach via some stairs.

don't go down here, too steep, loose stones, path is actually washed away. Going up from the beach can be done with a lot of effort. after that the path is overgrown and unrecognizable, without navigation you get lost.
