A wonderful section of the long-distance hiking trail "The Kerry Way" across a cow pasture above the coast with excellent views.
For a beautiful circuit of around 13 km from Caherdaniel, it can be easily combined with the hiking trail along the coast (Derrynane Beach Track) past Derrynane National Historic Park.
