    Opposite the castle is a chocolate factory and an ice cream cafe located!
    Behind the castle in a westerly direction there is a public football and soccer field for children!
    Parts of the castle are u.a. rented for weddings.

    The manor house Schloss Boitzenburg is one of the largest castles in the Uckermark. It was the ancestral seat of the von Arnim family for centuries.
    The surrounding castle park was built around 1840 by Peter Joseph Lenné as a landscape park in the English style.

    The Neo-Renaissance Boitzenburg Castle is located on a peninsula surrounded by a spacious park. It now houses a hotel and can be visited on Saturdays and Sundays during the season. We confined ourselves to a walk in the park.
