Blanquefort-sur-Briolance is an interesting village. Here you will find two examples of imposing monuments.

First of all, there is the very beautiful fortified castle overlooking the village.

It is especially the Notre-Dame church that attracts attention. This Romanesque church is really reminiscent of a fortress: defense tower, high walls, small windows. We came to take refuge there in case of trouble.
