The Cité Internationale de la gastronomie et du vin (CIGV) (German International Site of Gastronomy and Wine) is a training and presentation center in Dijon dedicated to culinary art and in particular gastronomy and wine. The site of a former hospital dating back to a medieval hospice and classified as a monument historique in 2007 is perfect for this.
