We pass this village and its church, which is dedicated to the “Holy Trinity” – the Christian tenet that we honor ONE God in THREE persons (God the Father, Jesus Christ as the incarnate Son of God, and the Holy Spirit) – on the 21st stage of the Camino Frances (counting according to “Rother”), on the way from Villar de Mazarife to Astorga.

The town, despite seeking to adapt to new times, does not hide its pilgrimage heritage. The Camino crosses Santibáñez through Calle Real, offering travelers its services, the hostel, its underground fountain and the peace of its Parish Church dedicated to the Holy Trinity.
